Tequila Snob started with a bad pour.

A few years ago, I was at a bar that should have known better, watching someone wave a two-dollar lime over a forty-dollar pour like it was rescue medication. That was the moment.

Tequila — real tequila, the kind that took seven years and a maestro tequilero and a patch of blue agave in Jalisco to make — deserves better treatment than a wince and a slam.

Tequila Snob is for the people who already get it, and for the people who are ready to. It's apparel and drinkware now. It'll be more later — a tequila line is in the works, made the way we'd actually drink it.
